Those participating must be genuine students who are required to do a work placement as part of their course requirements.
The internship period is for up to 6 months. Internship New Zealand will find an employer willing to employ an intern and pay a reasonable wage. At the end of the internship period, if both the employer and the intern request an extension for a further six months, this is likely to be approved.
Fees for Internship NZ agent and /or counseling services vary from country to country and currency to currency, but should be expected to be upwards of USD $1000
